Chicken 1 kg Garlic 2 tbsp Ginger100 gms Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp Onions 300 gms Vinegar 1 tbsp Chilli powder 1 tbsp Orange-red color 1/4 tsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Lime 1 Tomato sauce 1 tbsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 1 1/2 cup Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cut the chicken and marinate it with lime,soya sauce,coloring and salt for 2 hrs.
Grind ginger,garlic,onions together and keep aside.
Heat oil fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and keep aside.
Reheat oil,add ground onion,garlic,ginger mixture and fry till fragrant.Add chilli powder,ajinomoto,vinegar,pepper powder,tomato sauce.Add salt and add chicken and stir till chicken pieces are well coated and cook.u can also add chicken stock and cook.garnish with salad and coriander leaves and serve.
