Kodandaram warned that the government and the APPSC would be responsible for the consequences of conducting the examination.
How can the government conduct the examination in such a tense atmosphere, asked Kodandaram, referring to the ongoing strike in Telangana by government employees, teachers, miners, workers of state-owned Road Transport Corporation, lawyers and other sections of people.
Nearly 10,500 aspirants are expected to write the exams, scheduled to be held from Sep 25 to Oct 3, at five centres, including Hyderabad and Warangal in Telangana.
